Leon Cycle is seeking a motivated Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team They will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for all positions and be the first point of contact and welcome for all new hires on board. They will not only recruit through job sites but also utilize other strategies to source talented candidates through other channels and networking.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with HRD to plan and implement company talent acquisition strategyConduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions. Using recruitment systems or headhunting.Work with company leaders to strategize and anticipate future employment needs.Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environmentBuild long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.Prepare prestart employee welcome and assist new hire with their needs and concerns during their initial start.Work with the HR team regarding the necessary company equipment needs and other logins needed for new hire.Create onboarding plans for new hires with their respective hiring manager; coordinate and create schedules for 1:1 meetings and other pertinent training sessions.Greet new hires on their first day and present orientation to new hires.Complete check ins with new hires weekly, monthly and at their probationary period endGenerate monthly and weekly updates for company's leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiativesCommunicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goalsSuggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activitiesResearch compensation benchmark with relevant companies and industries to ensure our company remains competitiveWork together with the entire HR Department on other HR programs and initiativesAssist with other ad hoc projects including other international recruitment needsExperience and SkillsPrevious working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Recruiter for 3-5 yearsProfessional Human Resources certification strongly preferredUnderstanding UK & EU& NA contract labor requirements is keyIn-depth knowledge of candidates selection methodsExcellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processesOutstanding communications and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize daily workloadCreative thinker and proactive problem solverA positive, "can do" attitudeWhy work at Leon Cycle100% Benefits paid for by company from the date of hireBe part of a growing team throughout EU/NA/UKAs we are a start up, there's a lot to learn and extremely quick development for the next leaderDiscount on ebikes, services, and accessoriesOther employee perks and fun things as we continue to growAbout Leon CycleLEON CYCLE is the retail arm of the LEISGER Cycle Group, manufacturers of premium electric bikes under the brand names NCM and LEISGER, and of electric bike components under Das-Kit and Bionx.
