Bachelor's degree (completed or in the final stage)Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)Availability for a 1-year paid internshipNo university agreement (convenio) requiredInterest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or RecruitmentBackground or studies in Psychology, Business Administration (ADE), HR, or similar fields are a plus, but not mandatoryA proactive, curious, and creative mindsetStrong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentWHAT WILL YOU DO? Support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the end-to-end recruitment processAssist in sourcing and screening candidates through different channelsParticipate in interviews and candidate evaluationsCoordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managersHelp manage recruitment tools, databases, and applicant tracking systemsContribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment projectsCollaborate with international teams in a dynamic, multicultural environmentWHY US?
