ABOUT NUOVIT HOMESA continuación se detalla todo lo que necesita saber sobre lo que implica esta oportunidad, así como lo que se espera de los solicitantes.At Nuovit Homes, we are looking to strengthen our commercial team with a motivated Sales Advisor / Property Consultant to support our residential developments in Fuengirola–Mijas, one of the most active areas on the Costa del Sol.We are seeking a professional with strong sales skills, client orientation, and experience managing the full buyer journey in a dynamic, international real estate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full sales cycle, from lead follow-up to reservation and completionConduct property presentations and client visits, both onsite and remotelyProvide an excellent customer experience tailored to each buyer's needsCoordinate with agencies and internal teams to support commercial activityMaintain accurate reporting and client tracking through CRM toolsCandidate ProfileProven experience in sales, ideally within the real estate sectorStrong commercial and negotiation abilities, with a results-driven mindsetClient-focused approach, with the ability to understand expectations and build trustBasic knowledge of legal and financial aspects of property transactionsComfortable using real estate software and digital tools to manage leads and clients efficientlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized, able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong team player, xsgfvud able to follow internal procedures and collaborate effectivelyLanguagesFluent Spanish and English (required)Additional languages are a plus, especially:PolishFinnishSwedish / Norwegian / Dutch / GermanWhat We OfferThe opportunity to join a professional development companyHigh-quality residential product and strong brand positioningDynamic environment with direct client interaction and international exposure
