You will act as a trusted partner to our Key Accounts, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and helping them unlock the full potential of Cheerfy's solutions.Leading the onboarding of new customers and the successful launch of Cheerfy's servicesIdentifying expansion and upsell opportunities, and collaborating closely with the Sales team to close themMaintaining accurate and up-to-date account information in our CRM (HubSpot)Familiarity with the xohynlm technology ecosystem of restaurant groups, with curiosity to learn new digital platforms~ Fluency in Spanish and EnglishFull-time positionCompetitive compensation: base salary (TBA) + 20% performance-based bonusHome-based role, ideally located in or around MadridFlexible working hours
