In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from initial role briefing to final offer, ensuring a seamless and highquality experience for both candidates and stakeholders.This is a contract position for 6 months, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, is confident navigating the German talent landscape, and can deliver highimpact hiring outcomes in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle from initial role briefing to final offer, ensuring every stage moves efficiently and smoothlyConduct detailed intake meetings to clarify requirements, competencies, timelines, and hiring expectationsActively source candidates through direct search, job boards, networking, referrals, and market researchScreen and assess candidates for technical fit, experience, and cultural alignmentCoordinate interviews endtoend, including scheduling, preparation, feedback collection, and followupMaintain close communication with candidates throughout the process, ensuring timely updates and a positive experiencePartner with hiring managers daily to align on progress, adjust strategies, and ensure timely decisionmakingLead offer discussions, manage expectations, and support closing strategies to secure top talentKeep recruitment systems, trackers, and documentation up to date with accurate and timely informationEnsure all hiring activities comply with internal processes, GDPR requirements, and local labor regulationsSupport onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to start dateMonitor and report on recruitment metrics such as pipeline status, timetohire, and conversion ratesBuild and maintain warm pipelines for recurring or hardtofill roles through continuous outreach and engagementRequirementsProven success sourcing and hiring for specialized or regulated rolesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsFluency in German and English (additional European languages are a plus)Solid understanding of the European talent market and hiring normsAbility to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fastpaced environmentEQUAL OPPORTUNITY Indegene is proud to be an Equal Employment Employer and is committed to the culture of Inclusion and Diversity.
