Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and networking events. Marketing Funnel Optimization: Analyze and enhance the customer journey from awareness to conversion, ensuring efficient and effective processes that maximize acquisition rates. Data Analysis: Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategic decisions. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Customer Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a positive experience that fosters long-term relationships. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for growth. Budget Management: Manage acquisition budgets effectively, ensuring optimalallocation of resources to achieve targets. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in customer acquisition, sales, or marketing roles. Key Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and marketing tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
