Buscamos incorporar un/a Bid Manager para gestionar las licitaciones de proyectos hidráulicos a nivel internacional.Funciones:Liderar el proceso completo desde la detección de la oportunidad hasta la entrega final, asegurando que todos los hitos y plazos de la licitación se cumplan estrictamente.Realizar un estudio profundo de las bases técnicas y administrativas para identificar los requisitos clave, criterios de puntuación y posibles riesgos del proyecto.Integrar la información de los departamentos de ingeniería, jurídico, financiero y prevención de riesgos para consolidar una oferta coherente y unificada.Supervisar la elaboración del presupuesto de la oferta, revisando los costes de materiales, mano de obra, subcontratación y márgenes de beneficio previstos.Gestionar la búsqueda y negociación de ofertas con proveedores estratégicos y coordinar la documentación necesaria en caso de licitar.Supervisar y unificar la narrativa de la propuesta, asegurando que los aspectos técnicos se presenten de forma clara, profesional y orientada a maximizar la puntuación.reparar las aclaraciones técnicas solicitadas por el cliente tras la apertura de ofertas y colaborar en la negociación final de las condiciones del contrato.¿Qué perfil estamos buscando?Grado en Ingeniería de Organización Industrial o similarNivel de inglés avanzadoValorable experienciaDisponibilidad para viajar o permanecer largas temporadas en el extranjero¿Qué te podemos ofrecer?Salario competitivo según valía y experienciaContrato indefinidoEstabilidad en la empresa y evolución profesionalPlan de compensación flexible con ahorro tributario en comida, transporte, guardería, seguro médico, etc.Trabajar con grandes proyectos de ingeniería y construcción
