GENERAL DESCRIPTION Responsibility and leadership for the company's preparation of bids' processes in the upcoming offshore wind bids in which the company could be involved and current assets portfolio due diligence. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES • BID PREPARATION and COORDINATION - Responsible for the different bids that the company could be involved providing guidance and leading the coordination of the different departments involved (Permitting, Technical, Procurement, Finance, Tax, M& A......), timings and deliverables to submit an optimal bid according to bid timeline and rules. • ECONOMIC MODELLING and BUSINESS CASE OPTIMIZATION – Leadership for the economic modelling iterations and implementation of measures which contribute to an improvement of the overall bid competitiveness in order to maximize the likelihood of bid award. Development of necessary knowledge and benchmarks to be able to challenge the different areas providing inputs to the project and perform effective and continuous challenge over said areas in order to optimize and submit a robust bid. • DTF MODELLING – Coordinate DTF(Data
