Desde Grafton Recruitment, división especializada en Healthcare, estamos seleccionando un/a Pharmacy Sales Representative para un laboratorio de dermocosmética en pleno crecimiento.La persona seleccionada será responsable de gestionar y desarrollar la zona de Madrid , impulsando el crecimiento de la marca en farmacias, asegurando la correcta implementación de la estrategia comercial y construyendo relaciones sólidas con los clientes.ResponsabilidadesGestión integral de la zona asignada (Madrid) y desarrollo del negocio en farmacias.Presentación, promoción y venta del portfolio de productos dermocosméticos.Identificación de oportunidades comerciales y apertura de nuevos puntos de venta.Negociación de acuerdos comerciales, condiciones y visibilidad en el punto de venta.Formación a equipos de farmacia sobre producto, protocolos y argumentario técnico.Seguimiento de KPIs: sell-out, rotación, stock, activaciones y objetivos de venta.Implementación de campañas, promociones y lanzamientos.Reporte periódico a dirección comercial y trabajo coordinado con marketing y trade.RequisitosExperiencia previa como delegado/a de farmacia , commercial representative , pharmacy sales , o roles similares en dermocosmética, OTC o consumer health.Conocimiento del canal farmacia en Madrid.Habilidades comerciales, de negociación y de construcción de relaciones.Capacidad para planificar, organizar y priorizar.Orientación a resultados y sensibilidad por el sector dermocosmético.Carné de conducir y disponibilidad para desplazamientos dentro de la zona.Se ofreceIncorporación a un laboratorio de dermocosmética reconocido y en expansión.Contrato estable.Paquete retributivo competitivo (fijo + variable).Coche de empresa, tarjeta, dietas y herramientas de trabajo.Formación continua y desarrollo profesional.
