Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for SaaS implementations, from client onboarding to final deployment and user adoption.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including technical consultants, developers, and customer success managers.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding project status, milestones, and potential issues.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of the SaaS platform.
• Track project performance, manage budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Champion best practices in project management and continuous improvement within the implementation process.
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with product teams to drive product enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 5+ years as a Project Manager, specifically managing SaaS implementations or software projects.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.G., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building strong relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
