- Lead some of the improvement projects of Tablada, acting as Project Manager (PM).
- Define scope, schedule & budget.
- Coordinate team
- Act as PMO (Project Management Office), driving transformation & strategic projects inside Tablada Plant
- Define Governance
- Prioritization of projects aligned with Strategy
- Standardisation of reporting & po rtfolio Review
- Capacity & resources management
- Support to Project Managers
- Lean / Operational Excellence.
- Implement improvement actions based in the Operational Excellence System.
- To erradicate the Non Value Added in the process to improve.
Job Description
