We're looking for a PROJECT MANAGER (Telephony & Contact Center) with 4 years of experience to join our amazing team.

Plan and lead projects from kickoff to handover, ensuring they stay within scope, budget and timeline.
Create and maintain clear project plans, including milestones, owners, risks and dependencies.
Coordinate IT teams, business owners, vendors and local teams, keeping all stakeholders aligned.
Provide concise, regular updates to sponsors and steering committees, with a clear focus on decisions.
Manage vendors and partners, overseeing scope, delivery quality, deadlines and escalations.
Prepare and coordinate go-live activities, including testing, business acceptance, cutover planning and post-go-live support.
Ensure compliance, security and data protection requirements are considered and documented.
Capture lessons learned and help develop a repeatable approach for future rollouts.
At least 4 years of experience managing IT or technology projects, ideally in telephony, contact center or customer communication.
A proven track record of delivering rollouts or migrations involving multiple stakeholders across different countries.
A basic understanding of contact center or cloud communication services; deep technical expertise is not required.
Experience working with vendors and contracts.
Strong communication skills in English.

Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Additional languages and a project management qualification, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are a plus.
