SISQUAL es una empresa multinacional líder en el desarrollo de soluciones de software para la gestión de la fuerza laboral (SISQUAL WFM), cuyo objetivo es ayudar a las organizaciones a optimizar la gestión de equipos, reduciendo costos y mejorando la eficiencia, productividad y calidad de vida de los empleados.Para reforzar nuestros equipos de Implantación de Software WFM en España (Madrid), buscamos profesionales con experiencia, sólidas competencias técnicas y un enfoque proactivo hacia el cliente, comprometidos con la excelencia.Principales responsabilidades:Realizar un análisis detallado de las necesidades de los clientes, identificando oportunidades para implementar soluciones personalizadas.Implantar la solución, asegurando que se cumplan las expectativas y necesidades del cliente.Configurar y parametrizar la solución conforme a los requisitos funcionales y técnicos establecidos.Proporcionar asistencia técnica continua, garantizando una experiencia de uso eficiente y satisfactoria.Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar el éxito de los proyectos.Lo que buscamos:Formación técnica o universitaria en Ingeniería Informática, Sistemas de Información o afines).Experiencia demostrable en proyectos de implantación de software, especialmente en soluciones WFM y/o ERP (requisito imprescindible).Conocimientos de SQL, incluyendo la capacidad para crear y optimizar consultas (requisito imprescindible).Familiaridad con sistemas Windows, incluyendo la configuración de Windows Server e IIS.Habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo y enfoque en la atención al cliente.Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.Dominio del inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.Residencia en MadridLo que te diferencia:Experiencia previa en procesos operativos vinculados a Recursos Humanos.Experiencia en análisis funcional, formación y capacitación de usuarios.Conocimientos básicos de gestión de proyectos, tanto con metodologías ágiles como tradicionales.Lo que ofrecemos:Salario y beneficios competitivos según el puesto y la experiencia.Participación en proyectos desafiantes con proyección internacional.Oportunidades de desarrollo profesional continuo.Modalidad de trabajo híbrida.Si estás buscando un nuevo desafío en una empresa innovadora con reconocimiento internacional, no dudes en enviarnos tu candidatura y unirte a nuestro equipo
