ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the pre-sales process by.
- Being the primary technical advisor during the pre-sales process, working closely with regional sales teams and potential clients to identify technical and educational needs.
- Offer expert product guidance and recommendations, including seamless integration with existing systems such as Moodle, Blackboard, Brightspace, and Canvas.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to learning management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and implementation, to address technical challenges and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and documentation tailored to meet client requirements.
- Act as the primary technical advisor during the post-sales process, providing continuous support to our existing client base.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our cutting-edge solutions.

ABOUT YOU
- You'll have bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related technologies (LTI, SAML, OIDC).
- Experience with cloud-based solutions, software integration, and APIs.
- At least 5 years or equivalent experience in a technical pre-sale, technical business analyst, or solution architect role, preferably within the educational technology sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- Practice in agile development methodologies.
- Willingness to travel as required.
