Croda is seeking a Lead Research Technician for its R&D Industrial Specialties team in Spain. You will plan and execute experiments in formulation chemistry, emulsions, dispersions, and functional materials, documenting results and proposing next steps for projects. The role collaborates with manufacturing, sales, and international colleagues to support development, industrialisation and application of new products, while upholding safety and quality standards.
