¿Te apasiona el análisis financiero y quieres formar parte de una compañía global que conecta el mundo a través del cuidado?En Hyatt , buscamos un FP&A Analyst para unirse a nuestro equipo de Finanzas EAME en nuestra oficina corporativa de Palma ( Mallorca).En este rol tendrás la oportunidad de:Participar en reporting mensual y gestión de KPIs para stakeholders regionales y corporativos.Colaborar en presupuestos, planificación y forecasting , trabajando con equipos de finanzas de nuestros hoteles y líderes regionales.Realizar análisis de variaciones y escenarios para impulsar decisiones estratégicas.Contribuir a la evolución de herramientas BI y modelos financieros .¿Qué buscamos?~ Grado en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía o similar.~2–3 años de experiencia en FP&A o análisis financiero (preferible en entornos complejos).~ Dominio avanzado de Excel y herramientas BI ( Power BI, Tableau ).~ Conocimientos sólidos de contabilidad y USALI (Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry) – imprescindible .~ Inglés y español fluido.~ Experiencia en el sector de la hostelería será altamente valorada~ Persona orientada al análisis , con gran atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar de manera estructurada . Debe ser proactiva en la consecución de objetivos , con habilidades para identificar oportunidades de mejora y asegurar resultados de calidad .
