En Hyatt , buscamos un FP&A Analyst para unirse a nuestro equipo de Finanzas EAME en nuestra oficina corporativa de Palma ( Mallorca). Colaborar en presupuestos, planificación y forecasting , trabajando con equipos de finanzas de nuestros hoteles y líderes regionales. Realizar análisis de variaciones y escenarios para impulsar decisiones estratégicas. Contribuir a la evolución de herramientas BI y modelos financieros . ¿Grado en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía o similar. ~2–3 años de experiencia en FP&A o análisis financiero (preferible en entornos complejos). ~ Dominio avanzado de Excel y herramientas BI ( Power BI, Tableau ). ~ Conocimientos sólidos de contabilidad y USALI (Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry) – imprescindible . ~ Inglés y español fluido. ~ Experiencia en el sector de la hostelería será altamente valorada ~ Persona orientada al análisis , con gran atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar de manera estructurada . Debe ser proactiva en la consecución de objetivos , con habilidades para identificar oportunidades de mejora y asegurar resultados de calidad .
