Overview

Director of Product Management for ClickHouses security offerings owning the end-to-end strategy and roadmap. You will partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ship secure products and translate security needs into actionable specifications. You'll drive multi-year investment plans, deep-dive on database security, networking, and IAM, and mentor other PMs on security-adjacent work. Externally, you'll represent the security posture to customers, analysts, and prospects, using data to guide prioritization and GTM efforts.

Responsabilidades

Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for security offerings and advocate for it with engineering, leadership, customers, and the market.
Deep-dive into database security, networking, and IAM to argument requirements and feasible solutions with engineering.
Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver genuinely secure products.
Translate complex security requirements into clear specs and user stories for engineering.
Manage backlog prioritization considering business value, customer risk, and engineering cost.
Drive go-to-market for security launches, including positioning, sales enablement, and documentation.
Monitor security feature performance in production and base decisions on data rather than intuition.
Act as the security SME for other PMs and provide guidance on security-adjacent problems.
Represent security roadmap externally to top customers, prospects, and analysts.

Requisitos principales 10+ years in product management for B2B SaaS with focus on security products or features and organizational security strategy experience.
Hands-on experience with database security principles and best practices.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and their security implications.
In-depth knowledge of IAM.
Security certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+).
Solid program management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Experience representing product externally and translating technical security topics for non-technical audiences.
Experience mentoring other PMs, even informally.
Strong communication and presentation skills with good judgment on escalation vs. decision-making.
Comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.
