Desde Boomerang buscamos un/a Group Accountant & Consolidation para importante multinacional del sector logístico.Propósito del PuestoEl/la Group Accountant & Consolidation, como adjunto/a al CFO, se encargará de apoyar al Director Financiero en la estrategia financiera del Grupo, colaborando en todas las funciones diarias a nivel financiero, contable, administrativo y de control de gestión.Asimismo, actuará como enlace entre el área financiera y los distintos departamentos operativos, garantizando la obtención, fiabilidad, consolidación y análisis de la información económico-financiera necesaria para la toma de decisiones.También colaborará en la elaboración de informes y en la comunicación directa con los accionistas del Grupo, aportando rigor, discreción, exactitud y visión estratégica.Responsabilidades Principales1. Soporte Directo al CFOAsistir al CFO en la gestión integral del área financiera: reporting, control presupuestario, cash flow, auditorías externas y relaciones bancarias.Proporcionar información financiera precisa y relevante que apoye la toma de decisiones estratégicas.Elaborar informes financieros y de gestión periódicos para Dirección General y Consejo de Administración.Acompañar al CFO en la definición y ejecución de la estrategia financiera del Grupo.2. Coordinación InterdepartamentalActuar como punto de contacto entre el departamento financiero y las distintas áreas de la compañía (operaciones, comercial, RRHH, logística, compras, etc.).Recopilar, validar y consolidar la información financiera de las distintas sociedades del Grupo.Garantizar la correcta ejecución de los procesos de reporting en plazo y con alto nivel de fiabilidad.Colaborar estrechamente con las áreas fiscal y legal, identificando posibles riesgos financieros.3. Control de Gestión, Contabilidad y AnálisisColaborar en el diseño, seguimiento y análisis de KPIs financieros y operativos a nivel Grupo.Analizar desviaciones presupuestarias y proponer medidas correctivas.Análisis y control de las principales partidas del circulante.Apoyar la digitalización y mejora continua de los procesos financieros y de consolidación.Supervisar la rentabilidad y estructura de las inversiones patrimoniales del Grupo.Coordinar la relación con asesores externos (bancos, auditores, fiscalistas y despachos profesionales).Garantizar absoluta confidencialidad, rigor y precisión en la gestión de la información financiera.Perfil RequeridoFormación AcadémicaLicenciatura o Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía o similar.Valorable Máster en Finanzas, Control de Gestión o MBA.Experiencia Profesional5-8 años de experiencia en posiciones financieras, preferiblemente en entornos industriales o logísticos.Experiencia previa como Controller, Analista Financiero Senior o Responsable de Administración.Experiencia en reporting, consolidación y gestión presupuestaria.Deseable experiencia en gestión patrimonial o family office.Competencias TécnicasDominio avanzado de Excel y herramientas de reporting (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Conocimiento de ERPs (SAP)Buen entendimiento de fiscalidad, contabilidad y gestión de tesorería.Inglés avanzado.
