Junior Accountant (Swedish speaking)
Apex Group is looking for an experienced and collaborative Accountant (Swedish speaker) to join our inclusive and welcoming team. This full-time Accountant (Swedish speaker) role is based in Valencia and offers an attractive salary and benefits package.
In your first few weeks in this Accountant (Swedish speaker) role, you can expect to:
- Participate in the review of the financing Agreements
- Should have at least 3 years of experience in accounting.
- Actively participate in the closing of complex transactions
- Administration and bookkeeping of transactions
- Set of interest periods and reference interest rates applicable to each period
- Calculate settlement amounts to be paid by the borrowers and lenders following the agreements, such as fees, interest, and principal repayments/redemptions
- An excellent work attitude, being a quick and willing learner and being a proficient team player
- Fluency in Swedish and English essential. Proficiency in Spanish a plus.
- Experience administering Syndicated Loans Administration, ideally in agency management and reviewing financing contracts
- Knowledge of LMA contracts, calculations of loan settlements, management of participations, etc
- Experience with Intralinks/ Debt domain or similar loans communication tool
