This is a rare opportunity for a highly motivated and intellectually curious professional to gain hands-on experience supporting large, complex, and transformative M&A transactions within a global organization.The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of challenging projects while developing deep exposure to corporate development, strategy, and transaction execution.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate potential acquisition opportunities and business cases from strategic, operational, and financial perspectivesOwn and lead specific aspects of acquisitions, including day-to-day execution and oversight of ongoing processes, ensuring deadlines are metCoordinate and work closely with cross-functional teams to support acquisition evaluation and due diligenceLead the development of financial models, valuation analyses, and strategic assessments to inform acquisition decisionsSupport the prioritization of strategic objectives and assess acquisition opportunities against those objectivesMinimum Qualifications & SkillsetsExceptional written communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely convey complex topicsStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlinesAbility to collaborate effectively across teams, whether leading, supporting, or coordinating effortsHigh attention to detail and strong discipline in executionFast learner with the ability to adapt to new industries, business models, and technologiesDemonstrates integrity, professionalism, and accountabilityAdditional Experience (Preferred)2–3 years of experience in auditing2+ years of experience in mergers & acquisitions or corporate developmentStrong financial analysis and modelling experienceExperience within fintech, payments, or financial services environmentsHands-on experience conducting due diligenceExperience learning and implementing new tools, systems, or technologies
