About the role
Join our Finance team within the Division Services as Financial Analyst and support the Division FP&A manager and regional controllers with your financial analysis.
Support the Division FP&A and regional controllers by delivering comprehensive, complete, and timely financial information for the purpose of business management and decision makingEnhance and develop new reports in Tagetik and drive BI tool solutions (QlikSense and Sharepoint) to improve processes and drive automatizationPerform month-end closing activities incl. proper financial analysis on actuals vs. budget and prior month forecastEnsure timely submission of legal entities reporting packages and according to Sulzer standardsSupport entities in reporting related issuesBe the Services division point of contact for reporting matters in Tagetik and provide training to legal entities worldwidePerform various ad-hoc reporting requests to ease division financials understandingContribute to the monthly preparation of the MIS presentationMonitor and control HQ Cost Centres and CAPEX spendingActively support in the Budgeting and Forecasting processesSupport cash forecastingTo succeed in this roleDegree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting, Finance or ControllingThree years of experience in financial analysis or controlling, preferably in corporate financeGood knowledge of Tagetik with experience in report buildingAdvanced financial modelling skills (Excel) and strong knowledge of PowerPointExperience with SAP (FI/CO modules) and business application toolsAnalytically strong person with high energy to drive for resultStrong problem solving and ability to prioritize responsibilities, tasks and processesA flexible and adaptive team player with a positive attitudeFluency in EnglishWhat
