Beyond delivering food and drinks, you're delivering ambiance, elegance, and the signature lifestyle of our brand.ResponsibilitiesProvide premium, attentive, and stylish food and beverage service in line with brand standardsGuide guests through the full culinary and beverage experience, including daily specials and wine pairingsTake ownership of a specific pool or beach section, offering highly personalized service to every guestConfidently take orders and handle billing and payments with accuracy and discretionAnticipate guest needs, offering proactive suggestions and responding promptly to requestsMaintain a polished, elegant presence and deliver service with warmth, professionalism, and styleKeep service stations and guest areas pristine, well-stocked, and visually appealingCollaborate seamlessly with runners, kitchen, bar, hostesses, and supervisors to ensure smooth operationsAssist in the setup, daily service, and closing procedures of your sectionEnsure all hygiene, safety, and quality protocols are followed, including legal checks for alcohol serviceAddress and resolve guest concerns with diplomacy and escalate issues when neededShare knowledge about the brand, our global locations, and upcoming seasonal events with confidenceParticipate actively in team briefings, training sessions, and daily service meetingsEmbody the energy and excellence of the brand at all times—on and off the floorQualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role within a high-end hospitality environmentStrong knowledge of food, beverages, and cocktails; wine knowledge is a plusAbility to remain calm, efficient, and elegant in fast-paced service conditionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural talent for guest interactionHigh level of personal presentation and groomingPassionate about hospitality and delivering memorable experiencesFluency in English is mandatory; Spanish or other languages (e.g., German) are a plusFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and long shifts during peak seasonBenefitsShared tips & service chargeDaily staff meals provided on-siteOpportunity to work with an international hospitality brandWhy Join Nikki Beach Hospitality Group?Be part of a globally recognized group that brings together music, dining, entertainment, fashion, film, and art to create exceptional hospitality experiences.
