A Senior Business Analyst profile is required, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365-based CRM transformation projects, to lead functional analysis activities, requirements definition, user story refinement and support for the business testing process.

- Analysis of functional requirements.
- Facilitation of workshops with business and technology.
- Preparation of user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Definition of business processes and functional models.
- Support for the functional design of the solution.
- Participation in functional testing and UAT.
- Management of the functional backlog.
- Coordination between functional and technical teams.
Требования:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 3+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
- Experience defining functional requirements.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience preparing functional documentation.
- Experience with UAT and test management.
- Будет плюсом: Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales;
- Knowledge of Power Platform;
- Knowledge of Power BI;
- Experience incomplex corporate environments.
