He/She also provides support in order to ensure the good accounting situation and customer satisfaction in the area.The non-limiting tasks of Sales Administration & Logistics Intern include:Process the orders from the beginning, from reception of the order, shipping, to customer invoicingEnsure a smooth and effective delivery trackingFollow the payment tracking with Finance teamResolve the disputes related to orders and / or deliveries manage damaged deliveries and input the credit note in the systemMake a daily update in the common tracking toolManagement of a close communication with the customersDevelop dashboards and activity monitoring, sales data analysis, and customer reportsDaily contact with the local platforms in Spain and other offices around EuropeCandidate profileMaster's degree in Logistics and International Trade or similar qualificationsPossibility of developing an internship agreement with an Spanish university of at least 3-6 monthsInterest in developing a successful experience in logistics and supply chainLanguages: the person must be fluent in English and SpanishExperience from equal or similar positions would be highly appreciatedProficient in ExcelKnowledge about SAP or similar ERPs would be highly appreciatedAble to work under pressure and have an efficient communication with all TCL stakeholders
