We are looking for a Sales Administration & Logistics Intern who will contribute to develop the business of the Company in Spain and Portugal.
Key accountabilities
The collaborator guarantees that the products delivered correspond to the order placed by the customer in terms of price, quantities and deadlines. He/She also provides support in order to ensure the good accounting situation and customer satisfaction in the area.
The non-limiting tasks of Sales Administration & Logistics Intern include:
Process the orders from the beginning, from reception of the order, shipping, to customer invoicing
Ensure a smooth and effective delivery tracking
Follow the payment tracking with Finance team
Resolve the disputes related to orders and / or deliveries manage damaged deliveries and input the credit note in the system
Make a daily update in the common tracking tool
Management of a close communication with the customers
Develop dashboards and activity monitoring, sales data analysis, and customer reports
Daily contact with the local platforms in Spain and other offices around Europe
Candidate profile
Master's degree in Logistics and International Trade or similar qualifications
Possibility of developing an internship agreement with an Spanish university of at least 3-6 months
Interest in developing a successful experience in logistics and supply chain
Languages: the person must be fluent in English and Spanish
Experience from equal or similar positions would be highly appreciated
Proficient in Excel
Knowledge about SAP or similar ERPs would be highly appreciated
Able to work under pressure and have an efficient communication with all TCL stakeholders
