Job Description We are looking for the ideal candidate to cover a temporary position, around 6 months, to help us with order processing and administrative duties in our Sales Administration Team. Main responsibilities Order processing of customer orders Entry of purchase orders, receipt and recording of purchase invoices Customer invoicing in SAGE Support in administration Liaison with customers, sales management, internal departments Process order documentation Reception, phone calls attention, supportive administrative tasks for the department Requirements Proven experience in similar position Experienced with Microsoft/Sage and/or other CRMs Service, diligence, and punctuality Used to effectively manage data entry Strong teamwork skills Spanish as mother tongue, English will be valuable Excellent ability to work independently, used to solve problems and clearly results-oriented Customer orientation Proactivity, rigor, and attention to detail What we offer Fix-term contract (6 months) Full-time contract Location: Gavà Immediate incorporation Additional benefits Discretionary annual bonus Training customized initiatives Long-term opportunities for professional development in an international company Referral program with paid compensation Online wellbeing benefits A collaborative and inclusive culture of sharing and teamwork At Renishaw we believe that our success is powered by welcoming a workforce of diverse and talented people.
