We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Dutch speaking) to join our marketing team and work hands-on with performance marketing in the Dutch market. As we continue to grow in regulated markets, we are strengthening our focus on the Netherlands and are looking for a specialist to execute, optimize and scale our performance marketing activities.

What you will do

  • Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns in the Netherlands across PPC, paid social and display.
  • Work hands-on with platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance, focusing on CPA, ROI and volume.
  • Support testing, optimization and continuous improvement of creatives, audiences and messaging.
  • Collaborate with CRM, design and casino operations to ensure aligned acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Support sponsorships and influencer initiatives from a performance and measurement perspective.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Dutch gambling regulations and platform policies.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, platform changes and industry best practices.

Who you are

  • Native or near-native Dutch speaker with strong English skills.
  • 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
  • Solid experience managing and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta.
  • Analytical and comfortable working with performance data and KPIs.
  • Detail-oriented, structured and execution-focused,
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities at the same time.
  • Experience in iGaming is a strong advantage
