Descripción del puesto
Como Performance Marketing Specialist para el mercado español, serás responsable de gestionar y optimizar campañas digitales para maximizar el rendimiento y lograr los objetivos planteados. Tus principales tareas incluirán el análisis de datos, diseño de estrategias digitales, manejo de presupuestos y comunicación de resultados. Este es un puesto a tiempo completo con modalidad híbrida, ubicado en Barcelona, que permite combinar trabajo en oficina con trabajo desde casa.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años en puesto similar.
  • Capacidad para gestionar la generación de leads de campañas en diferentes sectores exigentes en volumen y conversión a venta.
  • Excelentes aptitudes de comunicación para colaborar con equipos multifuncionales y transmitir resultados de manera eficaz.
  • Conocimientos adicionales y una actitud proactiva serán valorados positivamente.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas para la gestión del día a día (Airtable, CRM, Meta, Google Ads, etc.) y uso efectivo de la IA en procesos internos.
