Job Description

In this hypergrowth adventure, we are looking for an Engineering Manager.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Recruiting, training, managing, and evaluating developers on your team.

- Encouraging continuous professional development for team members.

- Creating a positive and motivating work environment.

- Planning and overseeing technical projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and goals.

- Tracking and communicating project progress.

- Providing technical expertise to solve complex problems.

- Implementing best practices in software development, architecture, and security.

- Encouraging innovation and the adoption of new technologies.

- Contributing to the company's technology strategy.

- Ensuring team goals align with the company's long-term vision (OKR).

- Analyzing market trends and proposing continuous improvements.

- Working closely with other departments (Marketing, Product, etc.).

- Facilitating communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.

Profile required

To successfully accomplish these tasks :

⋆ You have 10 or more years of experience, including at least 5 years as an Engineering Manager.

⋆ You are autonomous, proactive, and a source of new ideas.

⋆ You have a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to diverse and complex technological environments.

⋆ You have both technical and managerial expertise.

⋆ You demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills.

⋆ You are fluent in English.
