  • Shows a genuine passion for developing people, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance that help individuals grow and reach their potential.

  • Has a proven record of leading frontend or cross-functional teams at a senior level, with a clear perspective on building efficient, high-performing teams and successfully putting those ideas into practice.

  • Has the ability to "wear multiple hats" – contributing to defining goals, shaping product direction, and gathering feedback from customers.

  • Partners effectively with Product Management, Design, and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding user experiences.

  • Excels in collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams that operate with a high degree of autonomy and shared ownership.
