The MAF Cross‑TA Operations Specialist will support the Medical Affairs organization by developing and implementing tools, digital solutions, and process‑efficiency initiatives across Medical Information, Medical Education/Project Management, and Early Product activities. This role will identify improvement opportunities, streamline end‑to‑end workflows, and contribute to the optimization of cross‑TA operations. Working closely with the MAF Cross‑TA team, the specialist will contribute to enhanced operational excellence, data‑driven decision making, and consistent best‑practice implementation across therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, refine, and implement process‑improvement tools and digital/AI‑based solutions to enhance Medical Affairs operational efficiency (aligned with current priorities for efficiency and automation).
Support Cross‑TA functions including Medical Information, Medical Education/Project Management, and Early Product initiatives by mapping needs, analyzing workflows, and proposing value‑added solutions.
Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to simplify and harmonize ways of working across Medical Affairs teams.
Collaborate with multifunctional partners to ensure alignment, compliance, and effective implementation of new tools and procedures.
Contribute to dashboards, reporting, and insights that support operational excellence and strategic planning.
