Workster is partnering with a global customer experience provider to recruit Inside Sales Representatives for a premium automotive brand. If you're looking to work in the automotive industry, engage with high-end clientele, and drive sales within a top-tier brand, this is your chance to be part of a dynamic and growing team

Your Role
  • Lead follow-up calls with prospective customers who have expressed interest in premium automotive products.
  • Provide exceptional service while reinforcing brand value and addressing customer concerns regarding pricing or preferences.
  • Ensure all customer interactions align with the brand's quality standards and premium positioning.
  • Support retail teams by collecting and summarizing key insights, and documenting customer interactions.
  • Maintain consistency and continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with prospects.
  • Educate and inspire customers about the brand's premium offerings, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Your Qualifications
  • Are bilingual or proficient in French and English.
  • Hold at least a high school diploma, with a preferred background in business, communications, or automotive studies.
  • Have experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, especially with high-end or executive-level clientele.
  • Show a keen interest in the automotive industry and premium products.
  • Have a professional, structured approach to handling sensitive topics like pricing or offers.
  • Are comfortable following a detailed call script and documenting post-interaction reports.
The Offer
  • Full-time contract (39 hours/week): Monday – Saturday with rotating shifts between 09:00 and 20:00.
