Position Profile:
Participate in the development of the business strategy and business plan for the region in line with the general company strategy;
Prepare the sales forecasts on monthly, quarterly, yearly basis;
Drive the implementation of the business strategy and business plan, aiming to achieve the sales and gross margin targets;
Generate ideas and proposals for development of the product portfolio;
Prepare analysis of the competitors' behavior;
Manage annual negotiations with accounts for setting business terms and conditions;
Lead the regular sales to clients in accordance with the sales plans and the collection of the receivables;
Responsible for the products/categories distribution and in store execution;
Prepares regular and ad hoc reports in accordance with the corporate templates;
Advises on the product positioning and pricing strategy;
Regular customer visits in the region;
Position Requirements:
Education -
University degree in economics/engineering or another related field;
Professional experience:
o
8 years sales experience, 3-5 of which in professional equipment, heating, air conditioning, renewable energy products/systems, domestic appliances or other installation products;
o
B2B selling experience;
o
Computer literacy – MS Office;
o
Experience in an international company would be an advantage;
Languages:
o
Native Spanish;
o
Excellent English both written and spoken;
o
Portuguese is an advantage;
Inter-personal skills:
o
Self-starter, dedicated, disciplined and result-oriented individual;
o
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
o
Outgoing, open and honest personality;
