Buscamos un
Head of Finance
con experiencia en hoteles de lujo o resorts grandes, que lidere la estrategia financiera, control interno y gestión de riesgos del hotel, garantizando eficiencia operativa y rentabilidad. Reportará al General Manager y gestionará un equipo financiero multidisciplinar.

Responsibilities

  • Liderar la planificación financiera anual del hotel, incluyendo presupuesto, forecasts mensuales y proyecciones a mediano plazo.
  • Analizar el desempeño financiero de todas las áreas (habitaciones, F&B, spa, wellness, etc) y proponer estrategias para maximizar ingresos y optimizar costes.
  • Supervisar toda la contabilidad del hotel: cuentas por pagar, cuentas por cobrar, nóminas, activos fijos, conciliaciones y cierres mensuales.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de control interno (ICS), políticas financieras, normativa fiscal y regulatoria.
  • Coordinar auditorías internas y externas, implementando acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
  • Colaborar con Revenue Management y Operaciones para optimizar resultados y KPIs clave: GOP, RevPAR, TRevPAR, margen F&B, coste laboral, productividad y eficiencia.
  • Gestionar y desarrollar el equipo financiero, fomentando una cultura de integridad, precisión y mejora continua.
  • Supervisar la correcta integración y uso de sistemas financieros y operativos (ERP, PMS, POS, herramientas de reporting y compras).

Position requirements

  • Titulación universitaria en Finanzas, Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad o similar; valorable máster o certificaciones contables (ACCA, CPA, MBA).
  • Experiencia mínima de 5–7 años en posiciones financieras de responsabilidad en hoteles de lujo o resorts, idealmente en propiedades grandes y múltiples puntos de venta.
  • Dominio de análisis financiero, control presupuestario, contabilidad hotelera y reporting corporativo
  • Conocimiento avanzado de IFRS, normativa fiscal española y control interno.
  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación e influencia; alto nivel de integridad, rigor y orientación a resultados.
  • Español e inglés fluido (oral y escrito); se valoran otros idiomas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos, multiculturales y con alta interacción interdepartamental.
