This is a strategic enterprise sales role in a fast-growing, IPO-bound SaaS company. You'll be at the forefront of Cleartax's expansion in Germany, driving high-impact enterprise deals, building trusted partnerships with CFOs, and shaping how large organizations handle tax and compliance at scale. About the Role:

ClearTax is looking for a high-performing Account Executive, who will drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers across the European market. This is a strategic role focused on hunting new logos, building strong relationships with senior decision-makers, and delivering tailored solutions that address client needs.

In this role, you will be on the frontlines of our expansion in Europe, establishing ClearTax as the go-to partner for tax, compliance, and financial automation solutions. operate Remote

Responsibilities (What you'll be expected to do):

  • Develop a deep understanding of ClearTax's suite of products and effectively communicate their value to CFOs and finance leaders across enterprise organizations in France.
  • Strategically navigate target accounts by engaging with end users, influencers, and key decision-makers, managing complex sales cycles from initial outreach to closure within defined timelines.
  • Drive new logo acquisition by leveraging your existing network, generating referrals, and pursuing strategic outbound opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze insights on the competitive landscape, clearly articulating ClearTax's unique selling proposition (USP) to differentiate and win in key deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build tailored, high-impact proposals and customized pitches, aligning ClearTax's offerings with client needs.
  • Own the contracting process end-to-end — from negotiation to final signature — and ensure timely revenue collection.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to support pipeline tracking, sales performance analysis, and forecasting.

Great to haves:

  • Language Proficiency: English (Fluent) and German (Native or Bilingual)
  • 3+ years of total B2B Saas/ IT services selling experience, including 1-2 years of Selling Saas/Software in Germany (remotely is okay)
  • Proven success in acquiring new enterprise customers and exceeding quota
  • Strong network and credibility in the German enterprise landscape
  • Excellent collaboration skills; partnering with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Ops
  • Excellent communication skills - managing clients, internal stakeholders, teams and Leadership, with proficiency in English
