We are seeking an Assistant Technology Administrator to support students, faculty, and staff in the effective use of technology across both campuses.
Responsibilities
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and cloud-based tools.
Manage laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
Resolve support tickets and maintain accurate documentation.
Assist in administering platforms (Google Workspace, Jamf, Apple School Manager, etc.).
Maintain asset inventories and coordinate with vendors.
Contribute to IT projects, reporting, and training documentation.
Qualifications
Degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
Technical support experience in an educational/professional environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
