Responsabilidades:

  • Mantenimiento de las instalaciones generales del edificio
  • Reparaciones menores de estructuras, suelos, tabiques, paredes y cerramientos.
  • Trabajos de pintura, tanto en interiores como en el exterior (zonas comunes, oficinas y áreas técnicas)
  • Mantenimiento de instalaciones de datos, agua y aire comprimido
  • Mantenimiento de intervenciones eléctricas básicas
  • Tareas de herrería para estructuras, cerramientos metálicos y contenedores.
  • Instalación y mantenimiento de sistemas de climatización
  • Colaboración en inspecciones periódicas de instalaciones y sistemas críticos, cumpliendo normativa técnica y de seguridad.

Requisitos:

  • Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Electricidad o similar o Experiencia mínima de 3 años en un puesto similar.
  • Carnet de uso y manejo de la carretilla elevadora y plataforma elevadora.
  • Capacidad de interpretación de esquemas eléctricos
  • Conocimiento de torno, fresadora y taladro.
  • Conocimiento valorable de soldadura
  • Se valora positivamente disponer de carnet de instalador/a de baja tensión.
