ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
We're looking for a proactive
People Data Analyst
to support the development and monitoring of KPIs, data collection, report generation, and data integrity across HR systems. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and assistance in HR reporting projects.
THIS APPEALS TO YOU
- Support in the development, maintenance, and monitoring of HR and leadership KPIs to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Gather and prepare data for detailed reports, dashboards, analyses, and forecasts, helping to identify trends and derive actionable insights.
- Help create and format reports using tools like Excel, PowerBI, SAC and SAP SF, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
- Support the team in maintaining data integrity and transparency across HR systems.
- Contribute to managing requirements, optimization and testing of data queries and reporting tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and reporting to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support the alignment of HR processes with business objectives.
- Provide support for HR reporting and analytics projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
THIS IS YOU
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SAC) or HRIS solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday), ideally with certification.
- Foundational knowledge of Python or R for handling data analysis is a plus.
- Exposure to industry best practices in HR analytics and reporting.
- Knowledge of HR operations, systems, practices, and key metrics.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong sense of integrity and commitment to data security.
