Misión:
Participar en el desarrollo e implementación del proyecto de investigación CARE-MI, garantizando el diseño riguroso, la ejecución y la evaluación de intervenciones psicológicas basadas en la evidencia dirigidas a trabajadores sanitarios. El puesto integra funciones clínicas y de investigación, contribuyendo al impacto científico y a la calidad global del proyecto.
Funciones:
Diseñar, desarrollar y preparar materiales de intervención alineados con los objetivos del proyecto CARE-MI.
Implementar las intervenciones psicológicas con trabajadores sanitarios, asegurando la fidelidad al protocolo y la adaptación a las necesidades contextuales.
Realizar evaluaciones psicológicas y recopilar datos de investigación conforme a los estándares éticos y metodológicos.
Colaborar en la mejora y ajuste de las estrategias de intervención basadas en la evidencia científica y el feedback de los participantes.
Coordinarse con el equipo de investigación para garantizar la coherencia entre los componentes clínicos, metodológicos y operativos del proyecto.
Contribuir al análisis de datos, interpretación de resultados y elaboración de productos científicos (informes, presentaciones y publicaciones).
Apoyar los procesos de mejora continua y control de calidad relacionados con la intervención.
Requisitos:
Grado en Psicología y Máster habilitante en Psicología General Sanitaria.
Experiencia clínica demostrable como psicólogo/a general sanitario/a.
Formación oficial en EMDR.
Experiencia en investigación psicológica, incluyendo diseño metodológico y recogida de datos.
Experiencia trabajando con profesionales sanitarios o en entornos de salud.
Sólidas competencias en el diseño y aplicación de intervenciones psicológicas.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en colaboración con equipos de investigación.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en inglés.
Se valorará:
Experiencia en salud laboral, gestión del estrés o intervenciones en salud mental en contextos sanitarios.
Familiaridad con marcos de intervención basados en la evidencia y metodologías mixtas de investigación.
Experiencia en la elaboración de publicaciones científicas y participación en congresos.
Manejo de software estadístico (SPSS, R o similar) y plataformas de recogida de datos (REDCap, Qualtrics, LimeSurvey).
Conocimiento de herramientas digitales para el diseño de materiales educativos o de intervención.
Se ofrece:
Contrato temporal vinculado a proyecto de investigación.
Incorporación prevista: febrero de 2026.
Jornada parcial de 15–20 horas semanales, con horario flexible.
Salario: € brutos anuales.
Ubicación: Facultad HM de Ciencias de la Salud, Universidad Camilo José Cela (Villanueva de la Cañada, Madrid).
La presente plaza se convoca con cargo a la financiación concedida por el Ministerio de Ciencia, Investigación y Universidades, en el marco del proyecto correspondiente.
