Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative and passionate
Marketing & Upsell Specialist
who can make a tangible positive impact and can create a success in a fast-growing company.

Key responsibilities
As a
Customer
Marketing Specialist,
you could be working on one or several of the following:
Identifying new and improved ways of creating value from our existing portfolio:
- Develop the strategy/proposition/roadmap to push the necessary upgrades into our portfolio across our whole footprint.
- Lead the thinking in terms of strategies, channels, pricing, and proposition to increase our service offering to clients.
- Engage with stakeholders across the board to drive change.
Pushing for data driven and educated decision making:
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decisions.
- Communicate and educate to provide stakeholders resources to make informed decisions.
Playing a crucial role in the development and consolidation of new capabilities:
- Gather best practices and engage with stakeholders in various ways to ensure the information gets through (e.g., playbooks, workshops, educational sessions, newsletter).
- Identify knowledge/capability gaps and propose ways to overcome them
Candidate profile
Qualifications, Experiences, and Competencies
The role will be a great fit for someone who has:
- A bachelor's degree.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a top management consulting firm (highly valued).
Strong analytical & efficient problem-solving skills; PowerQuery, PBI, skills helpful.
- Structured, detail oriented, and capable of understanding the big picture.
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and navigate complex environments.
- Impact-oriented with a strong hands-on approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with written and oral communication capabilities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
