¿Qué harías?
- Consultar informes de KPI's del día anterior: Campaña y consultores y acumulados. Así como seguimiento de resultados en tiempo real.
- Dar indicaciones al equipo sobre cualquier consulta directa que se le haga y resolución de dudas.
- Control de presencia.
- Fomentar la comunicación (informar objetivos individuales y de campaña y del cumplimiento de estos).
- Monitorizaciones calidad y revisión de categorizaciones.
- Detectar oportunidades de mejora y formación continua de los consultores.
- Evaluar el desempeño mensual de todos los consultores.
- Control NDS y reporte de desviaciones a supervisión.
¿Qué perfil buscamos?
- Experiencia demostrable en campañas de venta a través de telemarketing.
- Experiencia en gestión de equipos en el entorno de Contact Center.
- Habilidades de comunicación. Capacidad para transmitir mensajes al equipo y al cliente de manera eficaz, tanto de manera hablada, como escrita.
- Gestión eficaz del tiempo.
- Capacidad multitarea.
- Una persona proactiva y asertiva.
