We are currently looking for
Technical Support Advisors
to join an international team in A Coruña and provide first-class technical assistance for a global technology leader.
If you have a background in IT support or have worked as an IT Technician, this opportunity is a great match for you
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (C2 level or native)
- Previous experience or training in IT technologies, especially Cloud services or tools such as Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Windows (valuable)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
- Empathetic and professional approach to customer interactions
