Misión del puesto
Buscamos un/a
Televenta / Inside Sales
con clara orientación comercial para la
venta telefónica de soluciones Sage
, tanto productos como volumen, y de productos transversales que irán sustituyendo progresivamente la gama base.
El objetivo será
generar oportunidades rápidas
, cualificar necesidades y detectar posibles proyectos para trasladarlos al
Account Executive (AE)
cuando aplique.
Funciones principales
- Venta telefónica de
productos Sage
(productos estándar y soluciones transversales). - Gestión y explotación de una
base de datos facilitada por el departamento de Marketing
, combinándola con la información ya existente. - Realización de un
alto volumen de llamadas diarias
. - Identificación de oportunidades de negocio y detección de proyectos potenciales.
- Cualificación de leads y traspaso de oportunidades al AE cuando corresponda.
- Seguimiento de clientes y actualización del CRM.
Perfil que buscamos
- Experiencia previa en
televenta / inside sales / call center comercial
, preferiblemente B2B. - Persona que
se defienda muy bien por teléfono
, con discurso comercial claro y persuasivo. - Perfil
dinámico, proactivo y acostumbrado a trabajar con volúmenes altos de llamadas
. - Orientación a resultados y a la generación de oportunidades.
- Valorable experiencia previa con
Sage
o software de gestión (ERP, contabilidad, nómina, etc.). - Buen manejo de herramientas CRM.
