In this key role, you'll transform complex datasets into clear narratives and opportunities that drive loyalty and value across our Membership and Private Client Services programmes.
This is a key role to transform guest data into actionable insights that drive loyalty and measurable impact. If you're passionate about analytics and creating value through data, we'd love to hear from you.
Due to the nature of the role you will need to be based in La Roca Village 4 times per week
About the role
In this role your responsibilities will include:
- Analyse historical data
and present findings that inform strategy and forecast future trends. - Run segmentation analysis
on our database to identify key driver segments and opportunities to enhance customer lifetime value through targeted communications and initiatives. - Structure and execute analysis
, then build and maintain regular KPI reporting for Membership and PCS programmes. - Develop dashboards
for business leaders to monitor performance in real time. - Work with Coniq
(our physical and digital touchpoint platform) and internal champions to deliver guest reporting as required.
Role requirements
- Experience in data analytics, strategy, management consulting, or equivalent
- Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate a competent working knowledge of using SQL to design and manipulate databases, using intermediate/advanced Excel and Power BI and Power BI DAX skills to handle large data sets
- Good working knowledge of Python is also preferred and experience using Salesforce would be advantageous
- Fluent in English and Spanish
