Buscamos un/a
IT Manager
que lidere la evolución de nuestra plataforma tecnológica, garantizando escalabilidad, seguridad y eficiencia operativa, y actuando como pieza clave entre negocio, producto y tecnología.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar y coordinar el área de
    IT y arquitectura tecnológica
    de la compañía.
  • Definir y ejecutar la
    estrategia tecnológica
    alineada con los objetivos de negocio.
  • Supervisar la infraestructura cloud (AWS u otros entornos), bases de datos y pipelines de datos.
  • Garantizar
    seguridad, rendimiento, escalabilidad y disponibilidad
    de las plataformas.
  • Coordinar equipos técnicos internos y proveedores externos (desarrollo, cloud, ciberseguridad).
  • Gestionar proyectos IT transversales (nuevos productos, integraciones, automatizaciones).
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas (GDPR, seguridad de la información, buenas prácticas).
  • Colaborar estrechamente con las áreas de
    Producto, Data, Operaciones y Comercial
    .

Requisitos

  • Experiencia demostrable como
    IT Manager, Tech Lead o similar
    (mín. 5 años).
  • Sólidos conocimientos en:
  • Arquitecturas cloud (preferiblemente
    AWS
    ).
  • Bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales.
  • Integraciones vía
    APIs
    y entornos data-driven.
  • Experiencia gestionando equipos técnicos y/o proveedores.
  • Visión estratégica combinada con capacidad de ejecución.
  • Capacidad para priorizar en entornos dinámicos y de crecimiento.
  • Inglés profesional (entorno internacional).

Se valorará especialmente

  • Experiencia en
    Big Data, Geomarketing, GIS o SaaS B2B
    .
  • Conocimientos en
    Snowflake, Python, OAuth2, seguridad y data governance
    .
  • Experiencia en empresas en fase de crecimiento o scale-up.
  • Mentalidad orientada a negocio y cliente.

IT Manager
to lead the evolution of our technology platform.

Role

You will define and execute the IT strategy, oversee cloud infrastructure and data architecture, and coordinate internal teams and external providers, ensuring scalability, security and alignment with business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as IT Manager / Tech Lead
  • Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS preferred)
  • Experience with databases, APIs and data-driven platforms
  • Team and project management experience
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on capability
  • Professional English

Nice to have: Big Data, SaaS B2B, GIS, Snowflake, Python.
