Posizione:La posición de Assistant Store Manager 40h incluye las siguientes funciones:
- Dar soporte a todas las actividades operativas y de gestión de la tienda;
- Ocuparse de las ventas asistidas, incentivar las ventas y mejorar los beneficios mediante la cooperación en equipo;
- Motivar y formar a los nuevos vendedores;
- Supervisar los indicadores clave de rendimiento de la tienda para mejorar su éxito;
- Garantizar que la tienda tenga una estética agradable, en línea con las políticas de merchandising visual de la marca.
Las competencias requeridas son:
- Experiencia en el sector de la moda con marcas de ropa femenina de gama media-alta;
- Tendencia a la coordinación y al trabajo en equipo;
- Estilo de comunicación atractivo y empático;
- Orientación a resultados;
- Capacidad de resolución de problemas;
- Interés por la moda y las tendencias relacionadas;
- Buen nivel de inglés;
- Preferible residir cerca del lugar de trabajo.
