Job Description
As the EPM Project Manager, you will define and drive the vision and product roadmap for our enterprise-wide performance management (EPM) system. Operating at the intersection of Finance, Business, and IT, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the company to ensure the EPM platform effectively supports our business strategy and improves operational efficiency. You will also coordinate with external implementation partners and oversee the administration of the EPM tool, driving continuous improvements to meet evolving business needs.

Your missions

• Define and maintain the EPM product vision and long-term roadmap, aligning it with Mantu's strategic objectives and finance needs.
• Engage with finance and business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring the EPM system supports overall company goals.
• Translate requirements into a prioritized product backlog of features and enhancements; continuously refine the backlog to reflect changing priorities and user feedback.
• Collaborate with internal development teams and external partners to design scalable solutions and deliver new EPM features on time and to specification.
• Oversee testing and validation of EPM system updates to ensure high quality and reliable performance before release.
• Work with training teams to ensure end-users are properly onboarded; provide ongoing support and address user concerns post-implementation to drive adoption.
• Manage relationships with external EPM software vendors and integrator partners for product updates, customizations, and support.
• Oversee the administration and configuration of the EPM platform (user access, data integrity, system settings) to ensure it remains secure, compliant, and effective.
• Monitor system performance and data accuracy regularly; identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancements for continuous optimization.

Your profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience as Project Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in an enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience with at least one Enterprise Performance Management tool (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BPC, OneStream)
• Familiarity with EPM processes (financial planning, budgeting, consolidation) and best practices
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes and principles
• Solid understanding of data modeling and complex finance-related data sets
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and managing product backlogs
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach
