BITECLUB is not looking for people who just want a job. We search for people who want to shape the DNA of our casual fast-food restaurant and club in Barcelona.

At BITECLUB, casual fast food, urban design, and music will blend into Barcelona's freshest restaurant experience.

We serve high-quality sausages from Spain and around the world, paired with homemade sauces, crispy fries, and local drinks like cava, beer, vermouth and soda. All this unfolds in a place that's part rebellion, part refined, and completely unforgettable. Everything is playful, built for vibrant moments.

Cashier / Front-of-House Crew (m/f/x)

As a Cashier, you're the face of BITECLUB. You welcome guests, take orders, and keep the vibe upbeat and effortless. You're part host, part vibe curator, making sure every interaction feels smooth, fun, and genuinely warm. You will handle payments, keep the counter area sharp, and make sure our guests leave smiling.

Your Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Order Taking: Greet guests with personality, guide them through the menu, and take accurate orders.
  • Payment & POS Operation: Manage transactions efficiently (cash, card, mobile) and balance your till with precision.
  • Order Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen to ensure every order is correct, complete, and beautifully presented.
  • Support & Teamwork: Jump in during busy moments, whether it's pouring drinks, bagging fries, or keeping things running smoothly.

Your Profile

  • Passion for food and people
  • Exceptional communication in Catalan, Spanish, and English
  • Outgoing, proactive, and reliable team player
  • Availability for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in fast-casual or hospitality is a plus
