About the Kings League
Created and organized by Kosmos, the Kings League has become a global phenomenon that has revolutionized the way we understand football and sports. A new 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by the world's best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules aimed at uniting the best of football with the latest trends in esports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world. In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences.
About you
We are looking for a Digital Partnership Director - Kings League Spain with a strong hunter mindset to drive revenue growth through strategic sponsorships, partnerships, and monetization of our media and IP assets. We want a results-driven sales leader with proven experience in the sports sector, skilled in managing and closing deals with sports sponsors and leveraging sports IP for commercial impact.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and close high-value deals with sports sponsors, agencies, and media partners.
- Lead sponsored content opportunities and commercial partnerships by leveraging our sports IP.
- Develop long-term relationships with sports advertisers, agencies, and partners to maximize revenue potential.
- Collaborate with content teams to design commercial offers that deliver measurable value for sponsors.
- Monitor market trends in sports sponsorship, entertainment, and digital media to identify new revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development or strategic partnerships within the sports sector.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth, particularly with sports sponsors.
- Strong network of contacts within sports brands, digital agencies and media buyers.
- Experience in a digital sports agency is a strong plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and perform in fast-paced and demanding environments.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
